Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom. We don't currently ship internationally (including the EU and USA) — many of our natural treats and chews are animal-based products with strict export rules, so keeping things UK-only means your order always arrives without customs delays.
Delivery options and costs
- Standard delivery — £3.98. FREE on orders of £30 or more.
- Express delivery — £5.48. For when your dog can't wait.
- Subscribe & Save orders — FREE standard delivery on subscription orders of £20 or more (£3.98 below £20).
- Bespoke raised dog bowls — £12.00. Made to order by our specialist partner with a lead time of around 4 days, and shipped separately direct from their workshop — they'll arrive as a separate parcel from the rest of your order.
Dispatch
We dispatch orders 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays and Christmas Day — so weekend orders don't wait for Monday.
Free local same-day delivery
Live within 5 miles of our Salon at 79a Eastgate,Deeping St James, Peterborough PE6 8HH? Choose local delivery at checkout — available on orders of £10 or more, always free. Order by 3pm and we'll deliver the same day, by 9pm. Local delivery runs 7 days a week, excluding bank holidays and Christmas Day.
Something not right?
If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item turns up, contact us at info@hairydogs.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery with a photo where possible, and we'll put it right quickly.
