Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers our Subscribe & Save subscriptions. We don't currently offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy purchases.

How Subscribe & Save works
When you subscribe, you choose your delivery frequency — every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks — and we deliver automatically on that schedule. You save 15% on your first subscription order and 5% on every order after that, and standard delivery is free on subscription orders of £20 or more. Your payment method is stored securely and charged when each order is placed. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Changing your subscription
You're in full control from your account at hairydogs.co.uk — swap products, change quantity or frequency, update your address or payment details, or pause your subscription and restart whenever suits. Changes take effect from your next order, so make them before your next billing date. Links to manage your subscription are also in every order confirmation email.

Cancelling
You can cancel online, at any time, in a few clicks from the same account page — no phone calls, no fees, no notice period. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again; you'll receive a confirmation email. If a charge has just gone through, that final order will still be delivered as normal (or contact us straight away at info@hairydogs.co.uk and we'll do our best to intercept it).

Your rights
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your first subscription delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for a refund — see our Returns & Refunds policy for how returns work, including the rule on unopened, sealed treats. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
