Pack Points Terms & Conditions
Effective from 1 October 2026. Pack Points is the Hairy Dogs rewards programme, run by Hairy Dogs (Cambs) Ltd, 79A Eastgate, Deeping St James, Peterborough PE6 8HH. By joining or using Pack Points you agree to these terms.
What's changing – at a glance
- Bigger rewards: points now unlock £3, £5 and £10 vouchers, replacing the old £1 reward. The new rewards are switching on during October 2026 – until they appear in your account, your existing rewards keep working.
- Points expiry: from Monday 1 December 2026, points expire after 12 months with no points activity on your account. Any purchase that earns points, or any redemption, keeps your whole balance alive.
- All points you already hold carry over. Nothing is being taken away today.
1. Joining
Pack Points is free to join by creating an account at hairydogs.co.uk, or by asking at one of our market stalls. You receive 150 points when you join. One account per person; you must be 18 or over.
2. Earning points
- 5 points for every £1 you spend with us online or at our market stalls.
- 7 points for every £1 on Subscribe & Save orders.
- 500 birthday points each year when your birthday is saved in your account.
Points are added once an order is paid. If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, the points earned on it are removed. Grooming appointments with the independent groomer at our Deeping St James salon are paid directly to the groomer and are not Hairy Dogs purchases, so they don't earn points.
3. Rewards
| Points | Reward | Minimum basket |
|---|---|---|
| 300 | £3 off | £15 |
| 500 | £5 off | £35 |
| 1,000 | £10 off | £60 |
- Each reward creates a single-use voucher code that can be used once, by you.
- Rewards apply to one-off purchases, not Subscribe & Save subscriptions.
- Rewards can't be combined with other discount codes (such as a welcome code), but can be used on bundles and alongside free delivery.
- Free delivery thresholds are based on your basket total after the reward is taken off. The minimum baskets above are set so that a qualifying order still reaches our £30 free-delivery threshold where it applies.
- At our market stalls, ask a member of the team to redeem a reward; the same minimum baskets apply.
- Points and rewards have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be transferred to another person.
4. VIP tiers
As you earn points, you move up our tiers:
- Pack Member – everyone, from the day you join.
- Top Dog – 1,500 points earned: double birthday points and early access to our Christmas range.
- Best in Show – 3,000 points earned: everything in Top Dog, plus first access to limited releases and our Black Friday offers.
Your current tier is shown in your account.
5. Refer a friend
When a friend you refer joins, they receive a £5 voucher for a first order of £30 or more. Any reward for the referring member is shown on the referral page in your account. Referrals must be genuine new customers; self-referrals don't count.
6. Points expiry
- Your points expire if your account has no points activity for 12 months. Points activity means earning points (for example, from a purchase) or redeeming a reward.
- Any points activity restarts the 12-month period for your entire balance – so if you shop with us at least once a year, online or at a market, your points never expire.
- The first expiry date is Monday 1 December 2026. On that date, points will expire on accounts with no purchases or points activity between 1 December 2025 and 30 November 2026.
- We aim to email reminders before points expire, but please check your balance in your account.
7. Fair use and changes
We may remove points or close an account where points have been gained through fraud, misuse or error. We may change or end Pack Points; we'll give at least 30 days' notice of any change that reduces the value of your points (and at least 60 days' notice before introducing points expiry), by email and on this page. Changes that only add benefits may take effect immediately.
8. Questions
