Feeding & safety

Feed as a treat or reward alongside a balanced diet — not as a complete food. Suitable from 8 weeks. Always supervise your dog while they chew, keep fresh water available, and take away any small final piece so it isn't swallowed whole. Best for dogs that chew rather than gulp. Store in a cool, dry place.

Part of the Hairy Dogs range of natural, single-ingredient fish treats. See also our Fish Skin Donut and Air-Dried Sprats.

Common questions

What are they made from?
100% white fish skin, gently dried into finger-shaped sticks. A single ingredient with no additives.
Are they really high in omega-3?
No — these are a very lean white-fish product (just 0.3% fat), so while they contain a trace of omega-3 they aren't an "omega-3 rich" treat like an oily fish such as salmon or sprats. If omega-3 is your main goal, an oily-fish treat is a better choice.
Which dogs are they good for?
As a single-ingredient, grain-free treat they suit most dogs, including those with sensitivities. The very low fat content also makes them a light option. Pick a size appropriate to your dog and supervise while they chew.
How many can my dog have?
Feed as a treat alongside a balanced diet, and adjust their main food to account for treats. Always supervise while they chew.
