Kelvin Koala is a koala-shaped eco leather dog toy from Miro & Makauri — made for interactive play with a genuine leather outer, natural coconut-fibre filling, and vegetable dyes. No squeaker, no synthetic stuffing, no plastic components. At 26 × 13cm it's a more compact toy than the Miro & Makauri Scottie Squid — better suited to smaller dogs, indoor play, or dogs who prefer a toy they can carry rather than a long tug format.

  • Genuine leather outer: Durable, natural, and resistant to the pulling and twisting of tug play. Leather has a satisfying texture dogs engage with and a natural scent that holds interest over time. The leather outer also means the toy holds its shape better under play than fabric alternatives.
  • 100% natural coconut-fibre filling: No synthetic wadding — when the toy eventually gets opened, what comes out is natural coconut husk fibre rather than polyester stuffing. The fibre itself is natural and non-toxic if ingested in small quantities during normal play, though this toy isn't designed to be eaten.
  • Vegetable dyes: Colour applied using vegetable-based dyes rather than industrial chemical dyes — relevant for dogs that mouth their toys regularly and therefore ingest small amounts of whatever is on the surface.
