Flavour

Anco Premium Pâté is a soft, sliceable wet treat with enough structure to hold its shape when diced — far more versatile than standard wet food. A single 400g roll can be cut into neat training pieces, spread on a lick mat, pressed into a Kong or enrichment toy, or used to disguise tablets. Grain free, chicken free and suitable from 8 weeks. Choose your flavour from the dropdown.

  • Five flavours — Beef, Chicken, Duck, Lamb and Turkey, each a single-protein recipe (meat plus organ cuts) with 1% added vitamins & minerals.
  • Holds its shape — slices and dices cleanly for consistent training treats without crumbling.
  • Endlessly versatile — training reward, lick-mat spread, Kong filling (press in and freeze for longer enrichment), or tablet disguise.
  • Grain free & chicken free — a practical option for dogs that don't get on with poultry or grain.
  • Complementary treat — feed alongside a complete, balanced diet, not as a meal.

Flavour Recipe Good to know
Beef Beef meat 79%, liver 10%, heart 10% Our leanest — just 3.8% fat. A good pick if your vet has advised a lower-fat diet. Not for beef-sensitive dogs.
Chicken Chicken meat 74%, liver 15%, heart 10% Low fat (9.5%) and a mild, widely-liked flavour.
Turkey Turkey meat 74%, gizzard 15%, heart 10% 99% turkey, lean and chicken free — handy for dogs sensitive to chicken.
Duck Duck meat 74%, gizzard 15%, heart 10% Rich, high-value flavour and chicken free — a less common protein, handy for rotation.
Lamb Lamb meat 79%, liver 8%, heart 6%, lung 4%, kidney 2% The most organ-diverse recipe — five cuts of lamb. A good alternative to poultry.

All recipes also contain 1% added vitamins & minerals. Fat figures as declared by Anco.

How to use

  • Training — slice and dice into pea-sized pieces; it holds together in a treat pouch.
  • Lick mats & Kongs — spread or press in; freeze a filled Kong for longer-lasting enrichment.
  • Tablets — mould a little around a tablet to help it go down.

Feeding & storage

Feed as a treat or reward between meals, not as a complete food, and factor it into your dog's daily intake. Suitable from 8 weeks. Always supervise and keep fresh water available. Store unopened in a cool, dry place; once opened, wrap or seal, refrigerate and use within 3 days. Allow to come to room temperature briefly for best palatability.

Common questions

How is this different from standard wet dog food?
It has a firmer, denser texture that holds its shape when sliced or diced, so it works as training treats and enrichment without the mess of a spoonable food. It's a complementary treat, not a complete meal.
How do I use it for training?
Slice a section from the roll and cut into small, pea-sized pieces — it holds together rather than crumbling, so it's easy to handle in a treat bag or pocket. The strong meaty scent makes it a high-value reward for most dogs.
Can I use it in a Kong or lick mat?
Yes — spread it on a lick mat or press it into a Kong-style toy. Freeze a filled Kong for a few hours to make the enrichment last much longer.
How long does it keep once opened?
Refrigerate as soon as it's opened and use within 3 days. Wrap the cut end or store in an airtight container so it doesn't dry out.
Is it a complete food?
No — it's a complementary treat, fed alongside a complete, balanced diet rather than as a meal replacement. Keep portions to treat level and factor them into your dog's daily calories.
