Feeding guide

Dog size Per day

Feed as a treat or chew as part of a balanced diet — not as a complete food. Best suited to medium and large dogs.

Feeding & safety

As a natural air-dried chew, duck wings contain small bones. Always supervise your dog while they chew, keep fresh water available, and choose a chew suited to your dog's size. Introduce new chews gradually, and take away any small final piece so it isn't swallowed whole. Best for dogs that chew rather than gulp their food. Air-dried only — never feed cooked bones, which can splinter.

Part of the Hairy Dogs range of natural, single-ingredient treats.

Common questions

What are they?
Whole duck wings, gently air-dried. They're 100% duck — a single ingredient with nothing added.
Are the bones safe?
These are air-dried rather than cooked — it's cooked bones that splinter and should never be fed. As with any natural chew containing bone, supervise your dog, pick a size to suit them, and choose them for dogs that chew rather than gulp. If you're unsure whether they suit your dog, ask your vet.
Are they good for dogs with allergies?
Duck is a novel protein for many dogs, and as a single-ingredient, grain-free chew these are a useful option for dogs with sensitivities. If your dog has a diagnosed allergy, check the ingredient suits them first.
How many can my dog have?
See the feeding guide above — around 1–2 a day for medium dogs and 2–3 for large dogs. Feed as part of a balanced diet and adjust their main food to account for treats.
