Fit & safety
A collar should be snug but not tight — you should be able to slide two fingers underneath. Check the fit regularly, especially on growing puppies, and inspect the leather, stitching, buckle and D-ring for wear, replacing the collar if anything is worn or damaged. Supervise or remove collars during rough play or when crated, as collars can catch. This is an everyday flat collar for wear and ID — it isn't a training or anti-pull device.
Leather care
Leather is natural and ages with use. It can get wet, but try not to leave it soaked for long — wipe it dry and let it air-dry away from direct heat, and an occasional leather conditioner keeps it supple. Colours may darken slightly when wet.

How do I choose the size?
Measure your dog's neck and pick the size whose range it falls in, allowing two fingers of room. If between sizes, size up.
Can it get wet?
Yes — the neoprene lining is rot-proof and the leather copes with rain and the odd swim, but don't leave it soaked. Wipe and air-dry it, and condition it occasionally. Leather may darken a little when wet.
What's the hardware like?
Gunmetal-grey buckle, D-ring and eyelets — for the lead clip and an ID tag.
Is it suitable for strong pullers?
