For dogs who love a challenge, our 100% natural elk antler chews are among the toughest, longest-lasting chews available. Elk antler has a denser, harder core than deer antler, so it's ideal for strong chewers who get through standard treats in minutes.

Sourced from naturally shed elk antlers, they're completely natural and free from additives, preservatives and artificial flavourings — a single-ingredient, low-fat, odour-free chew that's naturally low-allergen, so a good choice for dogs with sensitivities. Each antler is smooth with no sharp points, and the natural chewing action helps support clean teeth.

  • Very hard chew — suited to moderate and power chewers.
  • Longer lasting than deer antler — excellent value.
  • Single-ingredient & natural — low fat and naturally low-allergen.
  • Supports clean teeth — natural chewing helps reduce plaque.
  • Naturally contains calcium, phosphorus and minerals.
  • No smell, no mess, no staining, and sustainably sourced from naturally shed antlers.

Safety & welfare

Elk antler is a very hard natural chew. Always supervise your dog, and remove it if it becomes damaged, excessively worn, or small enough to swallow. Ensure fresh drinking water is always available. Not suitable for puppies, dogs with developing teeth, dogs with existing dental problems, or dogs that bite down with excessive force — very hard chews carry a risk of tooth damage, so if in doubt choose a softer chew or ask your vet.

Got a puppy, senior or gentle chewer? A softer antler is kinder on teeth — try our Fallow Deer or Split Red Deer antler. For an all-rounder, see the Red Deer antler.

Which antler is right for my dog?

How do I choose the correct size?
Choose based on your dog's chewing strength and experience rather than breed or weight alone. Pick an antler long enough that your dog can't fit the whole chew in their mouth. If your dog is between sizes, always size up.
What chewing strength does my dog have?
Gentle: light gnawing, tends to nibble. Moderate: chews regularly, gets through standard chews over time. Power: destroys most chews quickly with strong jaw pressure. Elk antler is a very hard chew, best suited to moderate and power chewers.
Which size should I choose?
Small (40–70g): gentle to moderate chewers. Medium (70–120g): moderate chewers. Large (120–180g): strong or power chewers. Extra Large (180–220g): very strong chewers or larger dogs. Dog weight is a guide only — chewing style matters more.
Are elk antlers suitable for puppies?
No — they're not recommended for puppies or dogs with developing teeth. Wait until adult teeth are fully formed before offering very hard chews. For younger or gentler dogs, choose a softer antler such as our Fallow Deer or Split Red Deer.
Are elk antlers safe for dogs?
Yes, when used correctly. They're 100% natural, low fat, odour-free and long-lasting. Because they're very hard, always supervise, remove if damaged or excessively worn, and avoid with dogs prone to dental problems or that bite down with excessive force.
How long will one last?
Elk antlers are one of the longest-lasting natural chews available. Longevity depends on your dog's chewing strength, but many last weeks or even months — excellent value.
